i found the staff friendly. miss poonam particularly stood out with her cute attitude. the room was also super clean upon our return each day. the upgrade to a large family room was a pleasant surprise.

slow response understaffed breakfast

the room and facilities were acceptable.

There was an issue with the toilet. Water leaked from the roof. i called reception to report this urgent matter, i explained water was flooding the toilet, but they did not respond for almost an hour, which caused me to lose sleep. also, the breakfast service seemed understaffed. Only one person served all the tables.

The gym included modern equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast offered many choices daily. I found multiple options that changed each day. The pool area had ample seating. Twenty loungers offered relaxation, and a shaded section provided relief from the sun.

The mini fridge was empty upon arrival.
